2. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
All portal content, brand identities, codenames, and proprietary design logic remain the exclusive asset of Synousic LLC. You may not scrape, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially reuse any content without prior written consent.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
This informational portal is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synousic LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the portal.
4. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively via binding, non-appearance-based document arbitration administered by JAMS in English, waiving any right to class actions or jury trials. If Synousic LLC is the initiating claimant, we reserve the sole exclusive right to elect to submit disputes to CIETAC arbitration conducted in Chinese as an alternative.
7. Severability & Force Majeure
If any provision herein is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. We shall not be liable for any failure to provide the portal due to causes beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
